All prices on the website, and shown in your shopping cart are listed including UK VAT of 20%.
We aim to despatch all orders within 7 days of receipt, although our current rate is that 95% of orders are despatched within 24 hours. All orders are processed in date and time order. Please check our office opening times as these are when we will be processing orders.
All parcels are sent 1st Class and DO NOT NEED a signature. You are likely to receive your order within 2 days of despatch from the office. You can check your order status by logging into your account. Standard price £3.95
Overseas goods are sent INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR via Royal Mail, so a signature will be required. FedEx Deliveries can be arranged and will be charged at cost. Please send us an email, or ring us about this. Europe - £10.00, Rest of World - £18.00 for a maximum of 4 items. Additional costing will be incurred over 4 items and will be charged by weight.
Refunds & Exchanges
As part of our service we are pleased to exchange garments as many times as it takes for you to feel satisfied with the fit - but this is conditional upon goods being returned unworn other than for the purpose of trying them on to check the fit. We have fitters available by email to help you with fitting – it may be a different style would suit you better, rather than just a different size. We will only send items out, once we have received the unwanted goods in the office. If you would prefer us to send items out immediately, a payment will be asked for, which will be refunded once the other goods have arrived with us.
We would hope that you can return any unwanted items as soon as you can, but we do allow up to 30 days to return items, as we know that sometimes unexpected things happen more often during pregnancy and soon after you’ve had a baby – so we do try and make our service as accommodating as possible! If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us . After this time, if the goods are returned in a saleable new condition, we will issue you with a credit note. This will be valid for bras4mums or bras4all stock items
We will refund your money without question if goods are returned in their original condition and carefully packed. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage, packing and insurance cannot be refunded.
Please complete the return/exchange form included with your order and enclose in your package. Please also obtain a certificate of posting from the post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Our Freepost address is:
