Sports Bras
Sports bras are important for any woman doing sport, whether you are pregnant or not. We do not stock any nursing sports bras as we haven't found any that are good at either function. We advise women to get a good sports bra for pregnancy and for post-natal exercise, and a good maternity bra and nursing bra for non-exercise times.
Light support sports bras are ideal for pilates, yoga and light walking.
Medium support sports bras are ideal for walking and pram fitness sessions.
Firm support sports bras are ideal for running, horseriding and aerobics.
